Well as some of you may know I crashed and trashed my beloved R1 after 10 months and over 15,000 miles on it. So whats a curious gal to do eh? Well she uses the insurance $$$ and picks up the "hyped up" K6,,,hmmmmm :fact

My personal take on the 2 liter bikes. First off I AM and will ALWAYS BE a R1 chick. Plain and simple. That power and passion CANT be fought. :rock

That gixxer is a sweet bike, light as hell, got some crazy ballz to it but its missing something. Ya'll want to know what it is???

Some pics of me rolling it away from the dealer last week friday. I do not mean to offend anyone that digs their gixxers. This is my own personal opinion so please relax on me a bit. Thank You!

Oh and I look like a cardboard riding it cuz my damn knee was still hurting from my crash 2 1/2 weeks ago. It is a very beautiful bike though!

Nice bike, love the color scheme....can't believe they didn't go with the undermount exhaust. I am a gixxer man as well as yamaha, have a 2001 1000 black,gray and silver but i love it for the colors more then the ride....thats why I just bought the raven r1. Hope everything heals up good and don't worry about scars, it's a story at some place you go to!

So I took it riding this past weekend. New "stock" tires are very sucky to have to deal with. :crash Weird as this may sound to some the whole time riding it all I kept thinking about is my r1 and how I was jealous seeing my fellow r1 riders. Didnt matter that I had a brand new bike.

The gixxer is probably "the best" sportbike on the market but it just wasnt the same. Best way I might be able to explain it,,,You got 2 really SMOKIN' HOT chicks to choose from. Your heart and soul will only accept "1". :yesnod

I did go in for that red one BUT in person it was too bright and too "honda" red. The other one was the standard suzuki colors w/ a touch of baby blue in it. This color was more my thing. Stealthy! Looks like a bullet and rides like one but unfortunately bored me.

Maybe when I mod it up it'll be better?:dunno

Congrats on the new Gixxer. I started on a 99 Gixxer 750 and i give alot of respect to those bikes. They're freakin bi polar. I love my O2 R1 light and nimble but still got the roar. I would go for either bike but its just good to know your back on two wheels and alive. Women riders don't have haters, whether you ride an R1 or a G1K you are all good. Have fun!

C5-R1 I still have my r1. I bought it back from the insurance company but with a salvaged title for $1000 bucks. I didnt think it would make any sense to have 2 of the same bikes. The 06' doesnt have much changes to it. I'm gonna fix it up again with the help of some folks online. Yup I'm finally "bitchin' up" and getting bike techy. :fact

shyong, this bike is small, lower and lighter than the r1. Riding this bike sells itself. I know it will go into a corner like no other bike can go! I'm going on a trip in a couple of days so when I get back I'm changing the tires to michelin pilots. I'll more than likely have some pretty good feedback on it and my knee should be healed up enough for me to hit it and ride it like it should be ridden!
