HI everyone. Wanted to share my bike build. I bought a mangled 2016 R1S at auction last summer for pretty much the price of the engine with the intent to build it back into a R1 race build. I did all the work on this in my garage except for the head porting. This bike should be a monster on the track and I can't wait to get it out there, I am hoping its a good complement to my V4 and also faster around the track. The vast majority of the parts were sourced from Superbike Unlimited.

11. Woodcraft lever protection
12. GB engine protection
13. Vortex frame sliders

I may be missing a few other things but that mostly sums it up. Last thing I need to do is go fine tune it on a dyno. Looking forward to getting it on the track soon to then tune the suspension. Plans for next winter are to possibly do a Suter swingarm, race stator, and gearbox upgrades. The Fast Frank parts are outstanding, they make pulling wheels off and chain adjustments so much easier.
