My 2022 r1 idles choppy then dies?

Hello.
i have a 2022 Yamaha r1 with 400 miles on it.
it has a full spark exhaust,sprint air filter and Bauce racing ecu flash.
I’ve noticed that once my temp reaches 160 degrees my RPMs begin to lope and eventually it stalls itself out.
I contacted Bauce racing but they said they have not heard anything about this. Even when I try to ride the bike it will still stall itself out until I get up to speed.
