So here is the deal, I want to buy a HDTV tuner card for my work computer. Since we are located in a commercial building, Direct TV and Comcast are too much of a hassle and will cost the company more money then needed.

We only want a few channels, MSNBC and CNBC (we are a financial company). Could you please make some suggestions on the type of card to buy and if it will cover these channels?

you can check out hdtvpub.com but I think you may not find what your looking for without the dish or cable.

HDTV tuner cards will only allow you to view Over The Air programming.

Neither of the channels you listed are available OTA.

Both are available via Cable or Satellite only.
