How hard is it to install headers on a bike.(01 honda 929). Is $525 a good deal for a full system hindle. And will I need a power commander to go with it?

If you have tools and some kind of mechanicalknowledge that no... it is simple to do it. I would remove the radiator to make things easier...I dont know if you need a powercommander since I dont know if a 929 is fuel injected or not.

Just make sure you install the whole system before you tighten' anything down, 'cause you may have to ajust the pipes and can to clear the fairing, swingarm, frame, etc. When you have it right, start tightening from the can, and work your way to the header pipes, then re-check your clearances
If your bike is F. I., I'm sure a P.C. with a map for your new system, will improve performance.
