Let me describe it a little better. The cables where already connected to the exhaust side and i connected the top cable back to the solenoid on the top side closest to the motor and the bottom cable on the back side of the solenoid. The bike seems to feel sluggish after 7000 rpm like it is running real rich, but revs fine up untill 7000. I can't tell if the exup valve is opening up all the way. It used to have a PCR3 and a TIFORCE full system. Would that have an effect on the way it runs when I put the stock items back on.

Yes, because your bike was likely remapped with the PCRIII to run well with the TiForce full system, usually richening the a/f ratio. Now when you go back to stock, it will need to be remapped, to lean it back out.

If you dont have the PC3 anymore,no remapping should be needed at all;you got the stock mapping in the ECU.

There is a section in the service manual to perform/check cable routing.
Good point, I don't know why I was presuming he removed the TiForce but left the PCIII in :dunno
