I guess there's no shortage in the Detroit area huh?
you talk to a couple guys and they make it sound like they are non-existent

I saw one kid at hooters the other day with a red one he just bought from K and W. I bought my 02 there.. those guys sucked. They gave me a good price but when I got my bike home I noticed that they forgot some bolts on my clip on's, I found a scratch in my fairing... some other crap didnt sit well but isnt worth venting about

That must have been the one there that was unspoken for. My fried is getting a FZ6 from them. Basically they were going to charge him full price for it. But I saw one at Anderson during their open house and it was significantly lower. So I told him about it and K&W has matched that price.

I'm waiting for my silver R1 from Pilgrim. I was told that I would get it within 2 weeks. We'll see if that holds true.

I bought my first bike from pilgrim.


I have horror stories about them also unfortunately but no dealer has a perfect track record.

come to think of it, I think i've purchased from everyone in detroit now.. lol.. I bought a couple bikes from Farmington Cycle when they were in business also


post some pics when you get it. I think a lot of people are getting the red ones, yours is gonna stand out:rock

Same here, I bought my first bike there also, a '99 R6. I fortunately had no problems with them so that is why I went back for the R1.

cant wait till bike night gets in full swing in Royal Oak.. you should come up and show your bike off when you get it. were always up there on Thursday nights..

I know there is a bunch of people from our area on the Forum. we should all meet up some time and ride together

Yea, I've never been to the bike night's in RO. I'll have to get away from my regular thur night hang out at 5th Ave in Novi.

you have to come up sometime. You have never seen so many sportbikes in one place. I kid you not.. 3 blocks of solid bikes. Its usually not hoppin till mid summer but always a decent group..

I'll get some guys to come out to 5th ave also. were always lookin for places to ride to and hang out.
