Hi, I'm a new member on this forum. I own a blue, 2001, R!. I'm working and riding in Saudi Arabia, hence the nickname - Sandman - all you can see everywhere around you. We miss a lot of the niceties of civilization like dynos, qualified tuners and accessory shops. But we have long, empty winding roads .... It is winter here now and the temp drops as low as 22 C in the mornings, so this is our riding time.

I appreciate the free sharing of knowledge and experience on this forum.

Sandman i know i have friends from kuwait and they have all kind of bikes they said in the winter is the best time to ride the bike you right the temp. go down to 10c to 18c in winter and not below that in the summer the temp go crazy over 60+c . Anyway man Welcome to the board
