Well I took the plunge. I ordered a full Akro system ($925 + Free Shipping), and Ivan jetkit. Now the wait begins. Does anyone have good instructions on changing the pipe? I don't think I will do the jetkit myself. To afraid to screw something up.

Thanks for all the advice, and the gaping hole in my wallet. From what I have heard it's well worth the price.

Can't be that hard. :crash

Remove your plastics off the right and left side, and lowers. Lift up your gas tank and remove the cables leading to the exup servo motor.

Unscrew all your bolts holding the headers on. Unbolt the end can from the footpeg. Reverse steps to put your new system on. :rock

Even the jet kit install is easy. ;)

where are you located?

Remove the bodywork. Remove, or prop up the fuel tank. Unbolt the muffler and remove it. Unbolt the servo motor, then twist it around so you can remove the cables from it. Replace the servo motor, making sure it is plugged in. Unroute the cables from the bike and let them hang, you will have to cut a couple zip ties to remove the cables. Unbolt the radiator, but do not remove and hoses from it. Just let it hang, out of your way. Make sure not to touch the rear of the radiator. It is VERY easy to bend. Remove the rear pipe bolt, right side of bike under motor. Remove the exaust hanger bolts, center bolts first. It is easier to hold the pipe with one hand and unscrew the outer bolts than it is to unscrew the inner while holding it. Remover header, making sure not to touch the back of the radiator with it. Make sure you account for all four exaust gaskets. You can reuse the exaust gaskets, just put a few small dabs of grease on the head side of the gasket, and them place them in the cylinder head. The grease will hold them in place while you are trying to get the new pipe lined up and bolted in place. Installing the new pipe is the reverse of removing the old one. Good luck Brother :) Your gonna love your bike after this.
