Just got to thinkin' and was wondering what octane of fuel are the numerous R1 turbo owners running on this forum?

The instructions that came with the MC Express kit say to run "pump" gas....BUT is that pump gas in Sweden(95 or higher octane)? I am running 92 octane.

How about the octane available in Canada Robert? What octane are u running?

I talk to Eric at Mcxpress and he recommends 98 octane and max 0,7 bar (10,1 psi), White a thicker head gasket

In Sweden we have 95,96 and 98 Octane

93 is the best here...but funny thing is,some garages provide better fuel under the same name....
