OK guys, I am getting a damper for my 2kR1 & I want to do a little comparison shopping. First off, I know that Scotts is a good one, but I just can't stand it's looks. I am stuck between the Ohlins 916 style & the HyperPro. I really like them both & I've seen the blue HyperPro mounted on an R1, but I haven't seen a pic of the blue anodized Ohlins.

If you guys have either one of these, pics & feedback on performance, ease of adjustments/installation, dealers, cost, backorders, etc would be greatly appreciated!

Thanx!

I have a 2k r1 and have the Hyperpro. I love it to me it is better than all the rest. All of the other dampers are passive and hyperpro is active, which means in simple terms you do not have to adjust it the faster you go it adjusts itself. For crusing around town you can make one adjustment and leave it. AWESOME:) :) :) :) :hellobye :hellobye :hellobye

Just got the ohlins, looks great and was 400.00,
Hey DSSX, where can I order that Ohlins for $400? The cheapest I've found it so far was $450 plus shipping. $400 is dirt cheap for that damper.
