At about 7000 miles, i'd go wit the Castrol R4 superbike oil. It's recommended by Twisted, he's been using it 4 a while now and it has worked 4 him very well. Have u gone 2 synthetic/semi-synthetic yet? What oil have u been using all this time?:iamwithst
