b4 I call parts411.com, what are the specific parts name that I need to buy..

Could someone tell me which sprockets (front and rear) i should buy

and

chain? I like to keep things standard

16t front 43t rear 530 size

chain is a 530 with 120 links (you may need to remove a few).

hey Martin,

is the chain connected? all around in a loop or is it a single link? Also, Im gonna have probably the dealer slap it on after i bring the parts along with the bike.

If its the stock chain,it needs to be broken in order to remove it;new chain comes not connected,and most new chains these days requires a special chain riveting tool to connect them anyways...the master link is provided with the new chain.

one last thing, should I go 190 on the rear tyre (I like to have a fat ass tire back there) is it compatible with the rim? And any disadvantages?

The 190 is the original size for the R1;
If you only do road,stick to it...its more stable than a 180 at speed...but the 180 is much more nervous and easier to lean!

Nah,I"m not a big city rider anyways...when I go its or to go to work (4miles) or I get out of the city pronto.
