new to the power commander world and tried to load a custom map in the 02. i let the bike run (as most have said to do) and while it showed the map on the monitor i clicked on the load file button. the monitor was showing the idle rpms and a couple other things at the top. it said sent and verified on the bottom of the monitor? any idea if the map took? how can i tell (other than riding at this time) if the new map is installed in the pcIIIr? any tips for using the thing and tweaking it. thanks in advance

If the Power Commander software said the map was sent and verified, it was.

You can open the map in the Power Commander software and, with your computer connected to the Power Commander with the bike running, hit the "Compare" button. That will compare the map in the Power Commander to the map opened in your computer.
