Westinghouse LCD monitor. All of a sudden I see a patter of white pixels on the screen for no reason. If I refresh they go away. 128mb 3D card and changing to older and newer drivers doesn't fix it. Any ideas?

NM. I got it fixed. It was a bad 6.3v 1000micro farad capacitor on the 3D card. Took it off and soldered on a new one and it's back to normal.
