Hi there I have been sanding my wheels with 220 grit for about 20 hours total and I cant get every last pit in the casting on the center and spokes of the wheel.

my question is if I have some very small pits left how bad will they show up? I have put some polish on the bad spots and just rubbed it in by hand and it didnt look all that bad just kinda wondering when enough is enough I dont want to get done and go shit wish I would have spent another 20 hours on the 220 grit, but im all for moving on if it will look okay at this point.

any advice would be great thanks.

I wonder if there is some filler stuff for metal like there is for wood that is polishable.

hrrm I guess nobody really knows. oh well thanks anyways, im just gonne move on. if they look that bad I will do them over this winter.
