Most pictures dont look good that size. Try to have the object in the picture take the full size of the available border. Crop if necessary.

I used photoshop, just resize the photo to 130X90 pixels and it will come out clear. If you are resizing by zooming in and out you will loose the clarity of the picture. Let me know if you need more help. I think the maximum pixels allowed was 130X130.
