I need some help trying to figure out what is wrong with my bike. I took her for a ride today only to find that I had lost a shit bucket of power. It runs smooth, but it runs like its little brother the R6. I'll put it to you this way, it took me a ton of throttle twisting to pull a wheelie:confused:
Does anyone know WTF is going on?
Any input will be greatly apreciated:thumbup

You should find the problem BEFORE you install the Ivans. If the Ivans do improve the performance you still won't know if you're getting the max performance from them.

exup???

check the exup valve if you still have it on your bike. a friend of mine took off his exhaust to powder coat the frame and when he put it back on he installed it wrong. he rode it and thought it felt like it had less power...well he put it on the dyno and was down to about 100 hp. he fixed the exup and the problem was solved. it sounded fine and was ridable the entire time. but if you don't have the exup on..then forget all of this. i think he might have switched the cables or something..not really sure.

I have a 2001 with 3100 miles on it, and my clutch is gone!!! That blows, I che3cked everything and there is nothing wrong. The warranty does not cover it:cryin
Should I buy after market clutch plates? Does anyone know of some nice ones I can get???
Has anyone had a clutch problem on their R1's.
I have had other bikes before and clutched the crap out of wheelies, WTF.
