Has anyone ever tired any of these products? I was looking at the Race Rails but I'm not sure about them. Thier spools/sliders look pretty tight to! It looks like they make a bunch of crash protection stuff for bikes, even stuff for stunters. www.powerstuntworx.com

If anyone has any opinions on the quality (ease of install) let me know please.
Also if you have the rails and have any pics of the mounting locations can you post em or send them my way. Thanks

racerailz are good for what they are designed for. The low speed stunter who also rides on the street. If you think about it...they are metal and metal TRANSFERS energy and doesn't absorb it like sliders or other materials. Anything that transfers energy isn't the best for protecting the bike if high impacts happen (over 40mph). Just basics physics is all it is. You don't see any type of protection for drivers/bikes made out of hard metal. You want them to blow up, smash, scrape, and disfigure as that is them absorbing the energy. Same reason the inside of a helmet isn't made of metal or f1 cars...

Hope this explains. If you want them for low speed issues then they are fine.

race railz for most bikes are awsome. I have them on my 01R1 and I'm not the happiest with them. they look awsome but the pertection isn't the best. I leaned my bike to the ground and the stator cover is going to hit before the rails. Powers does make some good products though.
