Is anyone else able to download, say..... the 98 service manual? I cant for some reason. Anyone have any ideas? Or have the 98 years service manual?

Yeah thats what it did for me too but then when i used firefox it actually DL'ed them. I cnt figure it out either. Who knows.

Was doing that when I tried and turned out to be the firewall settings I was running.I disabled the 'Enable Browser Privacy' setting temporarily and it worked OK.
