quad exhaust

Are the blueflame quad exhausts just for show, or can they have some serious HP gains? I really like how they look. Throw in the new 2002 rear brake light on my 2001 r1 and it would be sweet, only thing keeping me away from them are the price and hp.

Show. Otherwise all the 4 cylinder racing teams would be using them. They're obviously heavier than a single pipe as well
