What does a custom rearset do for you that a stock one doesn't? :dunno

They don't break :lol , look better are usually adjustable for foot position or have a higher and further back position than stock (for more clearance when leaned over).

That being said, which ones have the most legroom? I am not super tall at 5' 10" however I have a bad left knee which gives me problems after anything longer than 45 mins with the stock setup.

I would like the room to move them back and lower. I dont need ground clearance since I wont be riding hard enough on the street to drag anything.

There are some reloxcating brackets that exist which pushes the brackets back/down by about an inch.

:lol Good one. But I have not had one break yet. '98, '00, '02, & now '04 R1s. I must be lucky...
