Hey guys wanted to know what protection you guys would recommend for a r1 that is not being used as a track bike . Just street riding her now I just wanted to know if some longer frame sliders were good enough or is there anything else you would recommend its a 2017 r1

Woodcraft frame and axle sliders is the way to go.

Unfortunately, I have tested their products and they work quite well! Woodcraft's two piece mounting system keeps the hardware out of harms way and the replacement pucks are very easy to replace.

TST industries sells a protection pack bundle, a few different levels. I bought the level 2 for my R1 and I’m happy with the quality of the Womet-Tech sliders. I haven’t “tested” them out yet. Add some Gb racing engine covers for extra protection.. I’ve had frame sliders fail..

R&G makes some really nice case savers. That is what I use. They look good and also offer lots of protection
