R1 cranks but doesn't start

My old ECU was fried, and this morning I installed a new one that came. Now, my bike cranks perfectly fine, but doesn't seem to start. It started and ran perfectly fine prior to the issues on the old ECU. I also just replaced the starter relay with a cheap one I got off ebay (but i dont hear any weird clicking sounds, so I don't think its failing.) My battery voltage is 12.9V right now. Diag mode shows that my kickstand sensor and clutch sensor are okay, my lean angle sensor is near 0 when the bike is straight up. Fuel pump voltage is 11.9V. Checked d61 and there are are no new error codes after I cleared the ones from the previous owner.

I read it might be a bad fuel pump (it was working before),
a bad starter motor (maybe from trying to start it a bunch),
the powercommander 5 installed,
or possibly the cheap Chinese relay I bought

Anyone got some ideas? Thanks!

After re watching it a couple times I noticed the display dims a lot when starting. Is this normal? Maybe the battery isn't providing enough current. -- i will check

Battery is the #1 thing to check. Even if you've replaced it, there's lots of posts on here and other forums about new batteries not necessarily being "good" batteries.

If you have a multimeter, measure the voltage while cranking, if it's dropping much below 12v it's likely the battery.

Yeah, just checked. The battery is good. I also just tried jump starting it with the car, which didn't work either.
I removed the Power Commander V from the bike, and it still didnt start. Any other ideas?
Recorded a video of the problem: 2009 R1 Cranks but doesn't Start
Pull a plug check for spark if good spray carb cleaner into the intake if it starts bad fuel pump or injector isn't getting a signal

Sorry for the late reply, I'm gonna check that next week. I checked diag mode, and d:20 (sidestand switch) and d:21 (neutral switch) always says OFF, instead of ON. I was testing it in gear like I'm supposed to as well, but I'm confused. Shouldn't it not crank at all if these were OFF?
Solved the issue. 3 diodes in the fuel pump relay/starter cut off relay assembly were blown. Opened the relay, replaced the diodes with new ones, and runs amazing now. I wasn't aware that this could be the issue, because it wasn't throwing any codes...

I'm having a similar issue. I have a power commander as well and getting all other functions operating fine but it won't fire up. Was there still power to the PC when your bike would'nt start? Showing lights at key turn.

Yes, there was power to the PC. Could you post a video of the issue?

NVM, found it

Sometimes you've just got to use intuition. Good call cracking the relay open. Glad you got it sorted. Happy riding.
Can you post a pic of the relay you’re talking about? I have an 05 but your issue sounds similar to mine.
