Just got a quote for my '04 R1. $678 /yr for comp, collision and 50/100 liability. Florida, State Farm. Real nice guy too - Jose -(954) 472-6600. I don't know Jose but I see lots of threads from forum members looking for insurance so you may want to check it out. I am pretty old so that helps and I have safe driver endorsement (Thank You Valentine 1) so others may not be as cheap but I did get some really stupid quotes like $3500/yr for same coverage from Progressive, etc. FWIW

the cheapest i was quoted was $1,100 yr for my 03 from state farm also. clean record also thanks to valentine. thanks for the info ill be calling him tomorrow.

I'm in Tennessee, so Florida Sate Farm isn't helping me! But - Geico seemed to have copmpetitive rates. Heck of a lot better than Progressive!

State Farm, $446 a year, full coverage, age 28.
I don't know how old you guys are, but it makes a big difference.
It dropped in half when I turned 25. Also, if you have car or home owners insurance try to keep it with the same company. They do give discounts to return customers.
