shop replaced my springs fork for 1.0kg from racetech with the seals and oil and now i can hear the springs when compressing the forks. The guy who did it told me he noticed it also and checked back everything to see if all was in right place. Apparently everything is good.

Anyone experienced that ?

If you hear rattling, the tech may have neglected to use a proper spacer for the new spring, or if you hear it coil binding too soon, they may have installed the spring upside down which can cause premature coil binding in progressive rate springs.

If the noise is just kind of a squish or wooshing noise, thats just the oil vibrating the shims in the cartridge, which is normal.
