Has anyone got info on how to convert a 99 R1 front end braking system to a radial braking system, without bleeding the cash out of ones pocket?

do u mean radial mounted braking calipers?
why do u need a radial braking system?
there are no adwantages in braking power with radial system.

anyway

the best way to go is to switch the forks to newer model ones.

04 forks are an easy upgrade, will need the wheel, fender, and brake system.

Looking at 1k before it's done most likely.
