Replace air in tires with Nitrogen?

Has anyone done this? I know they are touting it for cars to help regulate tire pressures, just wondered if anyone had tried it on the M/cycle.....

did a search 'dream of 1" and found nothing to do with tires/nitrogen....that was y I asked...
