Hello everyone,

I usually ride around Asheville, NC, but this time i'm starting in Lorton, VA. Can anyone recommend riding around the G.Wash Nat Park, Seneca, Monongahela, Shenandoha, Spruce-Knob?

How does it compare to riding the NC/TN/VA area with the Dragon, Rattler and all the great roads around Asheville, NC? I know that area pretty well but this time i'm auto-train'ing up from Orlando. I just can't do the bike ride from Miami to Asheville anymore...lol.

Any help would be so welcome!

thanks for the answer. i'm aiming at going further west, as far south west as Roanoke and then north east of there.
