So yesterday I decided to fire up the r1 , I hooked up my big battery charger and she started up, then I got distracted by something and walked away for a few minutes and I left the charger on full power 6 and 12v start while the bike was running , I unhooked the cables as soon as I seen what i did , the cel was on I noticed but it went away as soon as I unhooked the cables , well today I go to start it up again and i let it run for about 3-4 minutes before suddenly it started running like shit, definitly not hitting on all 4, it was wierd you could clearly hear it start running like shit from across the shop, did I **** the computer or something because of what I did yesterday? I just bought this bike a month ago and I've only started it about 5 times , I haven't even ridden it yet because there is still snow on the ground, the bike has a full akro system and pc3 , I'm lost help!

I don't know how to find codes, I can get to the screen where I can go from d1 to 60 something , but I have no clue what all that is ? Are these all codes ? lol i hope not, I'm coming from an 01 r1 so this new stuff I have no clue what I'm doing , when I start my bikes i always let them reach full temp, usually they sit all winter but this one sounds so good and my buddies always tell me to fire it up lol, it ran so good before its wierd that it would suddenly just act up, I'm gona pull the plugs and see what they look like but i doubt its that, bike only has 8000 miles , any more help is greatly appreciated ! It's supposed to be 70 up here this weekend and its gona suck if I cant ride!

well I put a new set of ngk iridiums in and it runs like a champ , the plugs were kind of carboned up but it wasn't realy dry carbon, they were almost kind of wet like it was oil but I don't know, its hard to describe, it must have just been loading up or something when I let it idle and not get good and hot, il quit runnin it for no reason from now on lol, thanks forthe help
