Gas doesn't age well, ethanol in it will gunk up injectors and fuel lines. Two years is more than enough time for things to get gross in the fuel system. Start by draining the tank and throwing fresh gas in; if that doesn't work, I'd move on to the next which would be cleaning out the lines and maybe pulling the pump out of the tank to make sure it's not gunked up.

Whats you CO settings? Delete all errors and check again what errocodes come back.

Procedure (only for european bikes)
1). Press both the "RESET" and "SELECT" while you turn the key to the “ON” position. Keeping them pressed for about 8 sec. you will see “DIAG” appear.
2). Press “SELECT” once and you should see “CO”.
3). Now with “CO” on the LCD screen press both “RESET” and “SELECT” for about 2 sec. and you should see “C1”
4). Use the “SELECT” or “REST” buttons to select the cylinder you wish to adjust. Then press both “SELECT” and “RESET” for about 2 sec. and you will see the current setting.
5). Exit setting with pressing both “SELECT” and “RESET” for about 2 sec, go to C2, C3 & C4 and repeat
