hi all, was wondering if there was anyone who is pretty familiar with setting up suspensions on the r-1 and could maybe help me with the process. beer would be on me for the help. i ride a 99 r1 and am totally unfamiliar with setting up suspensions. the shocks are stockers. i work till next week thurs but then have 7 off in a row. could meet up pretty much any time on those days that i have off cause as of now i have no plans for that time off. any help is really appreciated. thanx again.

Reading about suspension over and over is the way to go;do it yourself and learn in the process.

The joy of finding a setup that suits you by yourself is cool.

thanx for your help. it looks like there are going to be a few people that i've talked to coming and we're going to be doing a bbq suspension set up day for anyone interested in attending. let me know if anyone is interested in coming. should be cool. it'll be at my place. it's going to be next saturday afternoon.
