Shipping dilema...

I recently (almost 3 days) won an Ebay auction for an RK/Vortex "power-up" kit. But there's a "minor detail" involving shipping... He wont ship International.

Part # 4067-039s

YZF-R6 (& R6S) 03-05 (06) Steel/Non-Gold 15t-48t 3.20:1 520XSO-116L chain $157.00 MSRP
So here's my look at it... Anyone wanting to buy it from me can PayPal me the $ and I'll have it drop-shipped to you (sent right to you, not to me then you)...

$75 shipped is what I'd be looking for. This item is brand new (-1 front, and either stock or +3 rear sprocket not sure)...

Just ask the seller to send you a mutual agreement to not go ahead with the deal and your off the hook. He will not be charged any listing or selling fees & that?s it. This way you?re opening a can of worms!!

How is it...? Its a very simple process, one I've already informed the seller of... The only thing that matters now is length of time for payment (6 days from end of auction, 3 days left), and I just wanna make sure I have it sold before I pay. I got it for a good deal, just wanna flip it for a small profit if I can.

If not, it will get sent somewhere. I' had a very kind offer from a 'long-time' member, its just not the best circumstances in my case... Then, if it comes to this, its going to a guy I ride with for what I pay for it...

* MODS - if in any way I am "violating forum rules", please simply advise me as to what corrective action I (or you) need to take, before actually taking it... :vanish
If that?s the case, list it in the for sale section??..It?ll sell much faster..
No one wants this set for $75...?

If not, can someone in the upper mid-west give me a secure address to ship this too, then have it re-shipped to me in Canada...?

:fork
Just try and get out of the deal now, not worth the headaches that can occur
Bleh, not sure why so many Americans refuse to ship to us Canucks on ebay. Canada haters!!!

The majority of sellers are cool so they?ll fill out the value of the purchaser at a much lesser amount and declare it as gift on the customs form. Now some sellers have either the brains of a dessert cactus or they simply fill out everything to a t and cause the recipient customs duties and surcharges! Then the recipient complains that he was not told of these new fees and a big argument is in the works! Yet another reason is that the seller has to fill out paperwork at the Post office & it can add-up. For some sellers it simply is not worth the hassle!! Alternatively in my experience if you contact the seller prior to the auction ending they are more inclined to be sympathetic to the cause!
