The rear stickers are chrome with a black drop shadow. It will match the side -big- "R1" stickers. "YZF" sticker will be black, small "R1" will be metallic red (not chrome red like original) and the bottom "Yamaha" will be white. I recently designed a logo for a local business here in Ottawa and made the logo for my windshield. I used several different layers of vinyl with different colours. I think it looks sweeet, I'll post some pics probably tonight if I have the time. I just got THE phone call, my fairings should be ready for Thursday. Now I just have to drive 7 hours to get them, then get them painted. Should be able to posts pics of the bike pretty soon.

It's not a club.... it's an automotive shop. They modify cars, not only with aftermarket parts, but with mechanical inventions.... Have you ever seen an extended 6 wheel Suzuki Sidekick??? I'll be designing their web site soon, I'll post the address when it's available. I'll try and get some nice pics of modified cars as well.

Hey ny2nj,

It will not make your bike look plain, mine will just be different. Everytime I buy something, whether it's a car or motorcycle, I like it to be unique. I'll spend some time and dollars to make it that way, but it doesn't mean the stock ones are plain. Here's a pic of my car... it's just a Saturn but modified it so it's to my liking. :)

Some people are gifted with creativity. Unfortunately, I ain't one of those people :lol. That Saturn looks hot. Where'd you get the rims? Have you thought about selling your bike design ideas like tricktape? I like what you did with the RC51. Subtle enhancements that don't spoil the bike's already good looks.

Thanks ny2nj,

The Momo Ferrarri rims, I purchased when I had my old MR2. It just happened to fit my Saturn.... lucky me. I just changed the colour of the center rim from red to green to match the Saturn colour. I never thought of selling my design ideas, they're not really that original. The RC-51 design was taken from the European white colour scheme, but I kept the silver from the American model (and slight modifications)..... nothing out-of-the-ordinary.
