I wonder if this will take effect nationwide and not just in Cleveland eventually if the front view camera law passes? I don't give a sh*t what the cops say. The LAW says "reasonable doubt." A rear view camera, snapping a picture WITHOUT being able to clearly see someones face puts it in the category of reasonable doubt. If the front view cameras go into effect then all the bikers who got fined for speeding tickets and plead not guilty should get their fines plus court costs reimbursed.
Do you really think that'll happen though..... ???? NOT.
unfortunatly, here in Phoenix, we have front and rear photo's. The last time I got one taken I gave them the finger as the flash blew, luckily my tag is tucked pretty good and they didn't get to mail me anything.
