Speedo Healer Help

Ok I have a 2012 Yamaha R1 with a +1 -2 sprocket 520 chain conversion. The problem is I have traction control so I have both a front and rear speed sensor. I followed all the guides and anything I could get my hands on google wise. There is still an identical connector in the rubber bunge near the battery under the tank. The only thing is my wires are different colors than the ones listed under everyone's guides but they only had non-traction control crossplanes. I got pink, black white, and orange red.

My question is, is the rear speed sensor the one I need to plug into? I'd have to imagine since the rear is the one I changed the gearing on. Also I imagine this things not going to give me any problem with the TC??
