Just wondering what the opinions are out there about brand of Brake lines. I used to make my own with Aeroquip components. I really liked the reusable screw together fittings. Some say these type of fittings make for a better line over crimp on style. I also notice if you look at the -2 size lines of Goodridge theirs are screw together fittings. I haven't seen this on the Galfer products.

So lets here it since this is the next mod for my '04

Well since no one had an opinion I went with the Galfers. 3 line kit $119 bucks.

mark49~ Galfer makes great lines as I've been running them on multiple bikes for years. I ordered a set (SS lines/pads) for my '04 R1 and I expect the same sort of upgrade nefore. I'd like them to be standard form the factory but I can understand how an inexperienced rider might get in over their head compared to rubber liines.

I just put the new 04 lines from Galfer on our site today and just about sold out of what we had in stock but many many more are on the way...

You get color options also with galfer which is kinda cool..
