Just wondering what the opinions are out there about brand of Brake lines. I used to make my own with Aeroquip components. I really liked the reusable screw together fittings. Some say these type of fittings make for a better line over crimp on style. I also notice if you look at the -2 size lines of Goodridge theirs are screw together fittings. I haven't seen this on the Galfer products.

So lets here it since this is the next mod for my '04

mark49~ Galfer makes great lines as I've been running them on multiple bikes for years. I ordered a set (SS lines/pads) for my '04 R1 and I expect the same sort of upgrade nefore. I'd like them to be standard form the factory but I can understand how an inexperienced rider might get in over their head compared to rubber liines.

I ordered Galfer red brake lines from McCoy's yesterday. Should be here sometime next week!!!:rock
