hi i have a 2001 r1. it needs new clutch plates and also new steel plates. i am having trouble finding a kit with both friction and steel plates in it. i prefer aftermarket because of price. any one??:hellobye

Barnett probably make a "kit". It won't last as long as a stock set though. I prefer stock plates with stiffer springs.

thanks i just ordered a Barnett kit from road rider. it has the friction and steel plates and springs for 98 bucks.:rock
