ok how do you cahnge the preload and rebound on the rear shock
There's a knurled ring on the bottom of the rear shock. Turn it clockwise (bottom looking up) till it gently seats (stops) counting how many clicks till it stops. Then just turn it counter clockwise out however many clicks it says. That's your rebound!

For you preload, there's a ramped collar on top of the spring with notches all around it. There should be a wrench in your tool kit that's the biggest tool and is curved. That fits into those notches and you turn it either to apply more pressure (meaning stiffer) or less, (meaning softer)!

Now the cylinder mounted to the top, behind the shock is where you adjust your Compression. "In" is slower, "Out" is faster! Count the clicks!

Hope this helps you! Those settings in SportRider should help a little. At least get you in the ball park!
