02 03 is cast front, much stronger. the only extra piece is the 02 has a longer bushing in the link. you need this one as the arm has a bigger hole to recieve it.

on th 02, the link has a longer bushing,(at the top) you place this in the 99 link, as the 02 swing arm has 1 hole at the mount larger than the other.

swinging arm help

hi,i am at the moment fitting a 03 arm to my 99 4xv,the rear brake caliper braket does not go flush into the 03 arm,using 99 braket,there is about a 7mil gap with the braket at the bottom as on my 99 arm,or about a 3 mil gap with it on top 03 style,i was thinking of having either 3 or 7 mil milled off the braket ,has anyone done this,plus is there any other probs if i mount my 99 caliper at the top,thanks mark
