Throttle Response

I've an 05 R1 that Ive noticed after the initial startup the throttle response is incredibly crisp,its almost like an electric motor-but after the bike warms up is not quite the same-still good but not as B4.Is this similiar to open/closed loop systems on EFI cars and would a Pc make it the same always ?Thanx

A pclll will improve it over stock always but it will still vary slightly with temp.The low 70 degree weather were having now has got my r1 as crisp as cheatohs:crash
