titanium rotor bolts: Loctite or anti-seize??

changing out my bolts for my front and rear rotors on my bst carbon wheels. the bolts are titanuim going in to a aluim wheel hub. im thinking anti-seize with proper torque setting will be fine. let me know your thoughts..
