Do you have a torrent program like uTorrent, Azerus to open the torrents? Whatever you download will be put in a folder, specified in the program, where you can open the file depending on its format (.rar, .zip, .iso, etc.).

Just go to uTorrent.com and download it. Then File open Torrent. There ya go. After that you will have to check on port forwarding to speed up your connection if you have problems. Good luck.
