I was doing 50 in a clover [uphill sharp turn] the bike lowsided and slid about 25 , 30 feet before it hit the guard rail. I hit the rail too. torn bicept, fractured spleen, blood around liver, road rash. bike was totaled.
mig is all f'ed up. not worth saving... fully insured...

My bike is trashed too.... but the guys checked it and I don't have any structural damage. It just cosmetic.

Is your dash in tact? The part with the speedo? If so I would be interested in it.

well, That looks bad, glad to hear you survived though, cause it looks like it could have been alot worse. If you want to sell some parts let us know. Also did the gas tank survive without injury, I'm trying to replace mine it got dented up pretty bad from doing wheelies while sitting on the gas tank.

Personally I say , you play, you pay. If you wreck your bike, cause you can't handle it or you try something dumb, you need to pay for it. Not trying to be an A-hole, but that is what I would do, instead of ruining my insurance.

It could have been worse man - good to see you are "ok" by some means. sorry about the bike, but shit. that is why we pay insurance. Are you selling any parts of the bike? or is insurance taking the whole bike.
