How to check/read the bike via the VIN ? let's say when u tried to check before buying an old bike

There are many vin decoders in the web , as well as schemes showing there is model year info , manufacture code etc,

Could u please give a specific address ?
I've tried and also googled it but none of those VIN decoder websites helped, they gave very little details about bike.

Looks like it's a write off VIN/title that's been used possibly on stolen frame/bike

You are not going to know what you have until you remove the false plate stuck on the frame, provided the original VIN is under there.

Not sure how/why you bought it though?

Does that mean the bike was crashed/heavily damaged ? And the buyer got it from a recovered program to save the bike ?
