I bought a fuel injected r1 motor i was told that it is an 03 but how do i tell for sure. I bought the motor to put in a quad. Thanks for the help

i should be able to talk a pic in the nex couple of days. Is there a way to tell by the vin number? Does anyone have a wiring diagram that says what wired need power? Were can i get the smog elimanator stuf? thanks for all the help

I think the engine identification number is what you need, the VIN is different it identifies the vehicle as a whole, since he only has the engine, go off the numbers on the block

Nope, not at all...but you could learn to read and interpret what is written on your screen. I asked what is the vin? Not, can someone tell me what a vin number is?:hammer:
