holysmoke, 9/10 times I even just cruise past a girl I get a smile back.

Today for an example.. I was revving it a little (speeding) and slowed down for a 50km/h zone.. this woman next to the road with her two doughters looks at me and gives me a really nice smile. She was cute too.. believe she was about 25-30 years old...

I love it when I get something back from people when I stun or do something "show off"-y.. hehe.

I wanna become a stuntman.. really. I think that's a cool profession .. I like thill.. (no wonder I dig wheeling and dig the power of the R1)..

It turns my girlfriend on. She also kicks on wheelies. :rock

Apparently women just don't like me. I never see even a little bit of interest from any of them when I'm in public, whether I'm on the bike, in my Trans Am, or just walking in public. Oh well, being single does have the advantage of keeping the bank account nice and fat.

Helmets...

Off the subject, but since I have been riding I have lived in two states that don't have helmet laws, WI and MT. It is nice to be able to choose whether or not to wear a helmet, but I have had two friends in serious accidents just "cruising around town". Both accidents were not their fault, and both fortunately were wearing helmets at the time along with their passengers. I think it would be smarter to wear helmets around town when there are more dumbass drivers, than out in the middle of nowhere when it is just you and the bike. Just my 2 cents.

As for women, I tend to not really do anything, I am a little to shy to rev the engine or throw a wheelie down. Mainly because I live in a hippie town and nobody here likes crotch rockets to begin with. :finger

I got waved down recently by a very cute 19 year old on a CBR600 who was stopped in a restaurant parking lot... I think she was blown away that the guy on the new R1 was over 40.

There's a bill in the California legislature that would allow motorcyclists to ride without a helmet if they carry a million bucks in insurance... not sure whether that's liability or med-pay. I think it was up for a committee vote today.

r1's positively like to be ridden hard..reving the engine is easy when it beckons you to thrash it anyway.
but yes sometimes i pull the clutch to lower the exaust noise when i feel like a hooligan in a respectable areas partly so they dont call the law.

in Ohio you have to wear a helmet for your first year, then you don't have to..

I wear my helmet anyways..since I have headphones plugged in and stuff.. I like to listen to some good ass music when I ride...

yeah but itsn't that funny though? All you need is an R1 and you are a instant chick magnet hehehe

I can't stunt but I do some reving hehehe....or maybe drop a gear to make this cool noise when you come up to the red light.. I love that noise =) the engine just goes.. wrroommm.. hehehehe

When I am riding with guys we have it worked out 7s and 8s get 1 rev 9s and 10s get wheelies and endos if there is no space 2 revs. Any thing less than that usually gets ignored.:boobies

Depends, if on the road I'll do a wheelie but if she's walking downtown I'll give it a little rev but this being Alaska and most of the chicks are snobs, I'll back fire if she sticks her nose in the air. I know it's not good for the engine but I love their reaction. I only do the back firing once and a while!
