There is a folder called C:\_RESTORE that I cannot delete...
Well, I want it gone or atleast cleaned out. I think that is where windows keeps its restore files but I have to get rid of it since there are files infected in there. I already deleted what I can but I want the dirrectory gone.

I tried enabling system restore but it wont enable...

Is your system restore turned off? If so, you should be able to delete it, but I think in safe mode only.

I think you can't delete it if you have system restore enabled, but it's been quite a while since I'v mucked around with WinMe that I could be wrong.

Have you tried just booting to a floppy and deleting it manually?
