You didn't happen to be there during the CMRRA raceweekend did you? I did race my YSR there at Grange a couple of time. Lots of fun to be had. If you never scrape your knee before, racing this thing will wear out your need puck in 2-4 weeks, toe slider about every other 2 weeks. It got to the point where I was too expensive to replace the toe slider so I just put a metal plate where the toe sliders are and have held up ever since. Price range on the YSR ranges from $800-$1500 depending on condition, aftermarket parts. Try to get one where it has the second fork spring and a aftermarket shock like FOX Shox. You will definitely need those upgrades if you are planning to race it.

Stock YSR50 only come with one fork spring on the right hand side. The left side is just hollow. You would need to buy a fork kit I think for $50 so that way your front end won't be soft for racing condition. You can buy it from Team Calamarie or other resource.
