Where can find some of these? I had the frame powdercoated and I couldn't get them out without destroying them. I order some from the local yamaha dummies but something tells me that he's gonna order the wrong ones.

i dont know which ones you need, but there on there, see if you can get a part # off of them. hope that helps. by the way, i got the carb sync tool, thanks.

Dude I found them on the site. They want $8.00 to ship one. Just one. The price for shipping goes up as you add one. That rediculous. That thing weighs less than a penny.

I'm gonna what on yamaha. I'm not supporting anything like that. Since I have the part number now it should be simple to get it from Yamaha.

Just in case someone decides to look for these zipties/frame zipties doing a search.


When you go to this site you won't see these zipties for the wireharness under the 2000 R1. You have to look for them under the 2002 R1 under electrical-2. They are at the top of the diagram.

I work at an electrical supply company, find one in your town and they will most likely be able to get them for you.

Panduit is a popular brand as well as Thomas and Betts.

The T and B will probably be cheaper as well.

Walmart. They sell big bags for under $5.00.

This is not regular zip tie. I doubt if walmart has these.

Anyway. I have them so it's cool. I'll give walmart and extra browse the next time I go.
